The Challenge

Adachi Computech had a strong product but a website that failed to communicate it. Visitors were landing on the homepage and leaving without understanding what the company actually did or who it served. The existing copy was technical, inward-facing, and full of jargon that meant nothing to the buyers they were trying to reach. The team knew their product was good. Their website just couldn't prove it.

Our Approach

We started with a full messaging audit — reading every page, mapping the customer journey, and identifying where the copy was losing people. We then conducted a discovery session with the Adachi team to extract the real value of what they delivered: not features, but outcomes. From there, we rebuilt the homepage headline and sub-copy from scratch, rewrote the services pages with a clear benefit-first structure, and restructured the about page to build credibility without sounding corporate. Every section was built around one question: what does the reader need to know right now to take the next step?

Results

Within the first month of the new copy going live, the team reported a measurable improvement in the quality of enquiries coming through the website. Conversations with prospects started further along — people already understood the offer and arrived with informed questions rather than basic ones. The sales process shortened. The website started doing the job it was supposed to do.

"

CopyFix completely transformed how our website communicates. The messaging became sharper, clearer, and far more aligned with what we actually do. Within weeks, we started getting better quality enquiries — people who clearly understood our offer before they even reached out.

Website Audit

Timeline

2–3 weeks

The Challenge

Intramind was investing heavily in paid traffic but seeing poor conversion rates across their key landing pages. They had good design, a credible product, and consistent traffic — but something was stopping visitors from taking the next step. Rather than spend more on ads, they decided to find out why their copy wasn't converting before they scaled further.

Our Approach

We conducted a full copy and conversion audit across their homepage, pricing page, and two core landing pages. This involved analysing the headline hierarchy, CTA placement and language, trust signals, objection handling, and the overall narrative flow of each page. We identified 11 specific issues — ranging from a hero headline that buried the value proposition to a pricing page that raised more questions than it answered. Each issue came with a prioritised fix, a rewritten alternative, and a clear explanation of why the change would improve conversion. We also flagged three structural issues that no amount of copy improvement would fix — these needed layout changes — and handed those notes to their development team.

Results

After implementing the recommendations over a 3-week period, Intramind saw a significant lift in conversion rate on their primary landing page. The pricing page redesign, informed by the audit's recommendations, reduced drop-off at that stage of the funnel. The CEO described it as the highest-ROI work they had commissioned that quarter.

"

The website audit was eye-opening. Afeez identified exactly where we were losing visitors and gave us clear, actionable fixes. It's rare to get that level of strategic thinking from a copywriter — most just rewrite words. This went much deeper.

Reddit Marketing

The Challenge

Eassiy had a quality software product in a competitive category and were struggling to cut through with paid advertising. Their ads were generating clicks but poor-quality leads — people who weren't ready to buy and required significant sales effort to close. They needed a way to reach people who were already aware of the problem their product solved and actively looking for solutions.

Our Approach

We identified five subreddits where Eassiy's target audience was asking questions, sharing problems, and recommending tools in their exact product category. We built a 90-day content strategy built around three pillars: answering questions with genuinely useful responses (no product mentions), contributing to broader discussions in a way that built credibility, and selectively mentioning the product only in contexts where it was the honest and relevant answer. We wrote the posts and comments, managed the timing and frequency, and tracked engagement and referral traffic throughout.

Results

Over 90 days, Eassiy built a measurable Reddit presence in their target communities. Referral traffic from Reddit grew consistently each month. More importantly, the leads that came through converted at a significantly higher rate than paid traffic — they arrived already understanding the product category, already having seen it recommended in a context they trusted. The sales team reported that Reddit leads required far less education and closed faster.

"

Our Reddit strategy completely changed how we approach community marketing. CopyFix built us a presence that felt authentic — and the leads that came through were already warmed up before they even visited our site. The quality difference compared to paid traffic was immediately obvious.
